Most people seem happy with this product, but there is a chance you may get a faulty one like this. That’s the risk you take, but either way this could be potentially dangerous. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Quick response by seller *by J***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 December 2020* The first pack i purchased worked perfectly when i fitted they. They were on for 30 mins and the next morning when we tried to turn them on they didnt work. I bought new batteries for the remote but still didnt work. I checked all connections and all were fine so contacted the seller and they sent a new set within 3 days. Instead of taking down all the 10m fitted i used the new adapter/ transformer and remote and the lights worked again. Fingers crossed this still works tomorrow (I've only just exchanged the fittings). Now i have 10m of lights with no adaptor/transformer or remote !! But i guess will keep as spares if anything happens to the original ones. So i guess I'm happy with purchase as long as it keeps working... not sure why the first ones stopped working but guess faulty adapter/transformer. The seller was quick to respond to my email and sent me a new set very quickly.
