However now in the 2nd week at this second park, after 1 wk of A-Ok readings it now says: both red lights on = "Line & Neutral are Reversed!" but of course nothing physical has changed at the park post box or my SGVR and actual Surge Protector (that reads A-OK) and using my circuit checker at the outlets, it also reads A-OK ... so something has gone amiss inside the SGVR! I would recommend it to stabilize (very heavy transformer inside this yellow box) your 30 AMP power source, nothing else. Of Course This Item Is NOT Made In USA! You need other devices to add in line with it for those other functions. **Q: How many joules protection for each line?** A: This is NOT a surge protector! This is a line regulator that protects against under or over ac voltage, a must have is your at Naco or Thousand Trails campgrounds! I plug a surge protector into it, then the line to the rig! It indicates other problems with the lights as described. **Q: What is your actual voltage output from this unit? Is it steady? If it fluctuates, by how much?** A: 50 AMP 220 VoltsSteady? Yes. This is the purpose of the the unit. If the voltage from the power main fluctuates, this unit corrects it or shuts the power off to the RV protecting it from over or under voltage. **Q: I have a 50 amp camper and I am on a 30 amp site. Can I adapt up to 50 amp from my 30 amp post** A: No. You are only going to have the capacity as your source will allow. 30 amp source = 30 amp max usage unless you put an isolation transformer in your setup, which is not practical. Often the voltage will drop to 105 volts and once in a while it drops below 102 volts.
