Mine did. **Q: How can I calibrate if i dont have the powders?** A: you can NOT cal. if you do not have the powders. my three powder bags come with the package. you can order the calibration powders from amazon. I strongly recommend using THREE point cal. so in this way, I got good results. **Q: will this work for checking ph level when making cheese?** A: I don’t make cheese but I do make hot sauce. In my experience it works well but make sure to rinse the probes off when you are done. **Q: Is it test accurate?** A: pH meter calibration method: 1. Pour water in the cup (preferably distilled water or pure water) (Don’t use tap water or mineral water, otherwise it will affect the data) 2. Add 6.86 of correction powder (the green one), stir evenly to fully dissolve. 3. Remove the cover of the ph meter, turn it on (press ON/OFF button), immerse the probe in the prepared calibration solution, first look at the reading, if the data is consistent with 6.86 or the difference is relatively small, no calibration is required. If the value deviates from 6.86, and the value is relatively large, press and press the CAL button for 5 seconds, and the automatic calibration is in progress. It is expected that the value read after 5 seconds is stable, and the calibration is completed. Finally, clean the electrode with pure water, drying the water on the pen tip in time, and cover the pen cover. 4.
