I have used these at 2.5, 5, and 10GiB myself. I have connected them between my Brocade switch and modem. The Modem supports 2.5g and 5g, both data rates work. I have also connected them at 10g between my server and Brocade switch. **Q: Does anyone else get really bad upload speeds through this? When I run my internet through the switch I only get like 3mbps vs the normal 20mbps.** A: I am having the exact same issue with these! Upload is supposed to be 500, only getting 50 using these. **Q: Do these negotiate 1gb/2.5gb/5gb in addition to 10gb?** A: On my Mikrotik CCR2004-1G-12S+2XS these do NOT negotiate or work below 10gb.
