This one is excellent. Very nice and well made. The leather is very nice. The edges of the pages are marked so you can easily find the book. The ribbon is well made. Best of all the footnotes are on the pages and not in the back of each book. Makes it very convenient to read them. The pages are not too thin so not much bleed through. Overall an excellent Bible. Especially enjoyed the fact that the "Sea Monsters" are denoted as such in this English translation as it correlates perfectly with the Torah; that is, our Hebrew fellows translate it into the English as "sea monsters" versus "great whales" as denoted in the King James version. (Genesis 1:21) Or as denoted in the N.I.V. as "great creatures of the sea." Sometimes accuracy is important. It is also very disturbing to discover that the protestant bibles has cut the last two chapters of Daniel from the book. Read these in the Catholic Bible and discover that Daniel was thrown into the lion's den on two different occasions! Also that Daniel destroyed a dragon! Love it! *by R***. on April 18, 2018* I got this as my family's first Holy Bible. When I first got it out of the box, I was so excited and happy to see it, finally! The leather feels so good to touch, it is marvelous. The production quality is extremely high. At first, while browsing through the pages just to get a feel of it, I thought I was missing pages, when in fact the pages are so delicately thin that they are actually stuck together near the edge! Please carefully separate them, and you'll see those missing pages magically appear, like how Jesus broke five loaves of bread and two fish to feed FIVE THOUSAND people! (Matthew 14:13-21) Also, I love how there's a built-in rosary on the back of the bible!
