I use it with a 20lb CO2 tank with no siphon line and it works to transfer from the 20lb to smaller tanks. The only difference is that I have to turn my 20lb tank upside down in order to fill the smaller tanks. **Q: Can I use this to fill a 2.5lb co2 cylinder from a 5lb co2 cylinder? Looks like what I want, just want to make sure** A: Yes, you can use it fill 2.5lb co2 tank from 5lb co2 tank. **Q: can you use this to trans fer oxygen?** A: I would say NO ! The oxygen cylinders have many times more pressure than CO2. This hose is not tested for those high pressures. Personally, I would not risk it! Don’t even try it. Use a professional service for oxygen transfer. **Q: How would this hold up under continuous pressure outdoors?** A: No problem ## Frequently Bought Together - New CO2 Tank Refill Station Charging Adaptor Transfer with Hose CGA320 to CGA320 - Premium Nylon CO2 Regulator Washers, Self Centering, Fits All CGA-320 Fittings (12) - Argon/Nitrogen Regulator Adapter, CGA 580 To CGA 320, Tank to CO2 Cylinder --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/228453572-new-co2-tank-refill-adapter-hose-easily-fill-small-tanks](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/228453572-new-co2-tank-refill-adapter-hose-easily-fill-small-tanks) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
