B-COMPLEX-50 contains the full complement of the B-complex vitamins, including Vitamin B1 as thiamin (hydrochloride) HCl and thiamin diphosphate (cocarboxylase), Vitamin B2 as riboflavin and riboflavin-5’-phosphate, Vitamin B3 as niacinamide, Vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal-5’-phosphate (P5P), Vitamin B5 as pantothenic acid and pantethine (a pantothenic acid metabolite), Vitamin B-12 as 50% each of methylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin, biotin, folinic acid, choline and inositol.

This is my absolute favorite brand of Vitamin B Complex! I really hope that Amazon will continue to stock this. It has both regular and coenzyme forms of all the important B vitamins. I can really tell a difference in how this makes me feel. I have tried many, many different brands of other B-complex vitamins and this one wins, hands down!

I have been taking these supplements for 2 months now. I was hoping it would miraculously make me shed 30 lbs, fill me with energy, and give me Rapunzel's hair- it didn't.However, my nails are longer and stronger, which is a good sign overall health.Every time I'm feeling rundown in the morning, I realize I had forgotten to take my B-Complex- so yes, it does give me energy. I'm very impressed with combination of high-quality B vitamins, and the addition of Choline and Inositol.I recommend this complex to my relatives.
