It is very important to choose the right dome size for your hearing aids and ear canals. If the dome is too big, your ear canal may feel the pressure and cause uncomfortable. If the dome is too small, the sound will leak and you may hear a terrible squealing. You could find other sizes or types in our store. These domes could perfectly match with the majority of Resound open-air / RITE / Mini RITE hearing devices, or Phonak, Signia, Beltone, Otofonix, LifeEar, Retone, Advanced Hearing, Austar, NewSound, Hearing Assist or MD hearing aids. This is not an issue with the seller or product, it was just too hard for me to gage what size I needed, and these are way to small. Also a bit thinner than I would like because it folds over on itself when I take them off.
