I have had mine in for a week and haven't had any issues with it falling out. I say almost because I wish it came with the small rubber backing but other than that it is exactly what I was looking for! I have a professional job and this is so small it’s barely noticeable but gives a little sparkle at the same time. Things I was looking for and never found in another stud! The tiny size stone! I wear a 20g and it’s really hard to find a tiny stone that isn’t in a smaller gage. This fits great! I also wanted one that would be completely flush with my skin without falling into the piercing hole. This is exactly the one for that! All the studs I bought sit way too high no matter what it said. I don’t like when it looks like it’s popping out. I chose to show a picture that shows my old stud which claimed to be a 1mm stone (top photo) and then this one (bottom photo) so you see the pic on the top was probably the 10th one I tried and it was still not the small size I was looking for. And of course claimed it was. The other picture is kind of fuzzy where the camera blurred around the stones but you can again see the difference in size is drastically different to the first one claiming to be a 1mm. Also I would not let the reviews that state it’s not shiny deter you. As you can see it does have sparkle. This is TINY and perfect for that. I was specifically looking for something hardly noticeable that still had a bit of shine and that's what I got. It's very small and is more like a 22g but as someone who has been wearing pretty small nose studs for a while, I had no issues with it falling out or anything. It also sits relatively flat which is good. The gem size is true to the description so I'm not sure why buyers are surprised by this.If you're looking for something small and discreet? This is perfect.
