Review: Excellent gland at a great price - I bought this to provide access into a BG Consumer Unit for the 25mm L & N and 16mm Earth tails. It's a sturdy item. It has a small rubber seal around the 32mm entry thread into the consumer unit and tightening up works well. The tails push in really well with a tight fit into the rubber and the gland tightens up well. Very pleased with this item. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08DDBMJJK | | Batteries Required? | No | | Batteries included? | No | | Best Sellers Rank | 94,736 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 57 in Sailing Hardware | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (144) | | Date First Available | 21 July 2020 | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Weight | 46 g | | Manufacturer | G-PROKIT | | Material | nylon | | Package Dimensions | 14.2 x 4.7 x 4 cm; 46 g | ## Images ![32mm Nylon Tails Kit Compression Gland for Meter Tails, 18th Edition, 2 x 25, 1 x 16 mm (1) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71A4jIcnhSL.jpg) ![32mm Nylon Tails Kit Compression Gland for Meter Tails, 18th Edition, 2 x 25, 1 x 16 mm (1) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61yTK7YQCwL.jpg) ![32mm Nylon Tails Kit Compression Gland for Meter Tails, 18th Edition, 2 x 25, 1 x 16 mm (1) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/519uYCoYdML.jpg) ![32mm Nylon Tails Kit Compression Gland for Meter Tails, 18th Edition, 2 x 25, 1 x 16 mm (1) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/7112AWsrOfL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect *by M***Y on 5 October 2025* Perfect for double insulated 25mm singles, easy to get the cables through, good fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent gland at a great price *by D***R on 25 October 2020* I bought this to provide access into a BG Consumer Unit for the 25mm L & N and 16mm Earth tails. It's a sturdy item. It has a small rubber seal around the 32mm entry thread into the consumer unit and tightening up works well. The tails push in really well with a tight fit into the rubber and the gland tightens up well. Very pleased with this item. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Time and Will Tell *by R***E on 19 June 2023* Whilst good quality I am mildly concerned the stiffness of the meter tails is enough to flex the rubber open even with the nut fully wound onto the gland. Had the meter tails been perfectly straight I imagine the rubber grommet would hold fast. ## Frequently Bought Together - 32mm Nylon Tails Kit Compression Gland for Meter Tails, 18th Edition, 2 x 25, 1 x 16 mm (1) - 2m Set of 19 Strand Flexi-Tail Pack Brown and Blue Double 25mm 6181Y Insulated Meter Tails & Earth 16mm 6491X - WCED WEC2100 Slimline DP Metered Supply Isolator, 100A – Compact and Efficient Power Solution --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/232797139-32mm-nylon-tails-kit-compression-gland-for-meter-tails-18th](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/232797139-32mm-nylon-tails-kit-compression-gland-for-meter-tails-18th) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
