Review: I love this thing - Excellent for working on Slipping - This double end ball is great for use in an apartment like mine. The sticker is strong and I had to shave off some of the ceiling popcorn about a quarter dollar size to get it to stick to the surface which was easy. I am using a 20 lb dumbell to anchor the bottom chord and it has been a excellent piece of equipment for my slipping punches. I recommend to get some ductape to secure the ball as it has 2 spring button clasps that will slide as you punch the ball where it will go up or down, altho this can be remedied with taping the ball at the top and bottom of it to secure it to where it wont move. Thank you guys for making this product.

This double end ball is great for use in an apartment like mine. designed more for kids and not an adult. doesn't hold position very well unless you are hitting it very lightly. swings around wobbling instead of back and forth like the better version I've hit in professional gyms.
