It’s been working great for awhile now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zero Stars If I Could - Update And Problem Solved !!! *by S***F on September 19, 2023* UPDATE 09/30/2023 - I did install Microsoft's Xbox software for PC to update the controller to the latest firmware, but that did not help with the disconnects. What did work is my PC has a motherboard with an Intel chip set (ASRock Z790 Steel Legend WiFi) and that includes the Blue Tooth chip. I went to Intel's web site and downloaded the latest Blue Tooth driver and BOOM - no more disconnects. I now have over a week and many hours gaming with the controller with no disconnects what so ever. The issue was never the controller, but with the Blue Tooth driver on the PC. The Intel driver version that fixed my issue was version: "Intel Corporation - Bluetooth - 22.240.0.2" and was installed on 09/21/2023. PC operating System is Windows 11 Pro. This Xbox controller review is now 5 stars...! If you are looking for a WIRELESS Xbox controller that disconnects every 10 or 15 minutes, this is your guy !!! Absolutely horrendous blue tooth connectivity. And now I know why they supply a USB cable. Why pay for wireless if you have no choice but to use the supplied USB cable..? And the Blue Tooth on my brand new PC works with every other Blue Tooth device I have with no issues.
