Designed for all ages, it operates without any monthly fees or subscriptions, ensuring you have reliable emergency access wherever there is cell signal. With a long-lasting battery life and included lanyard, this device is the perfect companion for anyone seeking peace of mind. ## Description The 911 Help Now is the wearable communicator that lets you speak to a 911 emergency responder with a single touch providing peace of mind for those (and their loved ones) who live alone, or travel by themselves. The credit card-sized pendant provides an instant link should you need emergency assistance. Unlike medical alert systems that rely on a call center middleman, with a push of a button this pendant’s speakerphone contacts the nearest 911 operator via the emergency cellular network to summon help quickly. It allows users to maintain their independent, active lifestyle anywhere there is cell phone reception with no long-term contract, monthly service fees, or expensive batteries to replace, it's a most cost-effective solution. One-Touch Immediate Assistance: Simply press the large SOS button for 3 seconds to activate the two-way voice communicator and it directly calls 911 for immediate, personal assistance. Built-in microphone and speaker for instant communication to get help. Now with built-in GPS tracking!: Using Satellite GPS Technology the 911 Help Now Location Plus device pinpoints your GPS location and provides that information to 911. (Please note: GPS accuracy depends on many factors. Some areas may provide more accurate location readings than others) Features: One Button to Call 911 Direct Uses 3 Standard AAA batteries (included) Battery Test Button / Accidental Call Cancel Button One Year Battery Life before batteries need to be replaced. 2-way voice connection Break-away lanyard included Detachable Belt / Clothing Clip Splash resistant & durable Includes: 911 Help Now Location Plus with GPS 3x AAA Batteries Detachable Belt / Clothing Clip Neck Strap User Manual 1-Year Warranty Review: it works ! - NO monthly payments Review: Works and could be a life saver - Bought for my 89 year old mom. It certainly works, sometimes she accidentally pressed the bottom and a 911 operator immediately comes through. The cord is a little thin and th device itself is about the size of a small matchbox. I thought the cord would fee uncomfortable but Mom says it’s fine. It certainly works, sometimes she accidentally pressed the bottom and a 911 operator immediately comes through. The cord is a little thin and th device itself is about the size of a small matchbox. I thought the cord would fee uncomfortable but Mom says it’s fine. Most cell providers have already shut down 3G already. Verizon is the only one who is holding out a bit longer. Verizon will kill 3G December 31st, 2022. That is the longest your 80.00 medical alert SmartGo 911 will operate. Is it worth it? Not really! It is disturbing that sellers are not saying a damned peep about this and they know all about it. Yes friends It is all about the money! Have a great day fellow shoppers, Ron ## Frequently Bought Together - SmartGo 911 Help Now No Monthly Fees One-Touch Direct Connect Emergency Communicator Medical Alert Button Pendant - White - 1-Button RF Wireless Gate Door Opener Remote Control Transmitter 433.92MHz for UHPPOTE - Electromagnetic Lock 280KG 600LBS Holding Force Electric Magnetic Door Lock 12V Fail Safe NC Mode for Access Control System --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/233095042-help-now-no-monthly-fees-one-touch-direct-connect-emergency](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/233095042-help-now-no-monthly-fees-one-touch-direct-connect-emergency) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
