**Q: Cant connect to bluetooth. Reset once, but still wont.  What am missing?.**
A: Ensure that Bluetooth is turned on for the device and Check the app settings on your device to ensure that Bluetooth is enabled for that app specifically. The range to use your phone to unlock/lock door is very short. Probably around 10 feet. Really sucks. But you can purchase a WiFi lock gateway that allows you access from anywhere and also has other cool features.

**Q: Can you program the lock such that it is permenantly locked for a specific period in the day e.g shop closing evening to morning next day?**
A: Yes you can it's a bit hard to get figured out but it's doable. Had mine set that way for a while not it just always locks.

**Q: Can I change the handle to left**
A: Yes I did change my handle to left before installed it on my door

**Q: Can this be used for an outdoor gate? Waterproof/weatherproof?**
A: Outside section looks pretty much sealed and well made but the inside section where the batteries are installed doesn’t look like it is for outside.
