It come with two cutters.The rollers look like stainless steel.The frame is stamped steel, feel solid enough.But it is very basic (compared to the $120+ one from other vendor), no gear cover, everything is exposed (it is very good for education purpose as I think). The hand wheel only has a keyway do it slides off, I had to drill and tap the end to accept a screw and washer. There were some damaged components, the feed tray was bent and the plastic broken from the adjustment screws. I made a larger heavier duty feed tray and replaced the adjustment screws.
