I was very excited to open it up and check out all of the things that come with this package. Sadly, I discovered that my large gold pan was cracked and unusable. I contacted the seller and they shipped a new one out immediately. Amazing customer support! The sluice box is perfect. It folds up nicely and the flared end fits inside the folded sluice box for easy storage and transportation. It is easy to set up and works perfectly! I am very happy with my sluice fox. I love how they put protective plastic all around sluice. Everything came perfectly, only thing I would say is take the bag out of the picture. I got this because I thought it came with the bag to carry the folded sluice box to make it easy to carry while hiking. Easy to assemble, reliability is perfect for the mission at hand, size was as described. Very happy with my purchase overall happy hunting to all. I finally put it to use first I never received a back pack that fits the sluice which it states above it should have came with one!!! When I used in the creek the padding on the opening of the sluice came right off & down the creek it went. It was glued on not so well especially to be put in water. At first I was so excited when I got it everything else was fine. But I never received the backpack & also the mat that got lost in the creek because it was not on well enough.
