At work I sit at a computer most of the day. If I sit with my back against the back of the chair, the edge of the chair comes to the back of my thighs, as opposed to the back of the knee area. This lumbar support cushion is thick enough that I can sit all the way back in my chair now. I am so much more comfortable! The support cushion itself is very comfortable. Soft, yet firm enough to support my lumbar area. Unlike the first 2 cushions I tried, the straps on the Valley Premium support hold it securely in place. I only wish I had found this sooner!
