Simply a great product that is steadily assisting me achieve my fitness goals.Just like every other supplement it is all up to the consumer how he or she takes care of his or her diet to see results.As a person who is treated with hypothyroid medI cation my doctor was not against the consumption of this product as a weightloss aid, she actually aproved it and it made me happy because it does not have any crazy stimulants and it is all natural too.

Tried it for a month with a clean diet and training 4-5x week. I've tried many fat burners and thermogenics and sadly I didn't feel an energy boost, cravings control or any type of stimulation.I also purchased a bottle for a friend who trains at a pro level and he also felt no difference in energy levels or appetite curb

I have previously took these , & lost a average of 2 stone in 3 months also and that didn’t include exercise , just drinking lots of water & not snacking eating low calorie meals for dinner and having the odd cracker in the day when I felt the hunger creeping up. It is well worth it.

Love this product, used T5’s in the past in an unhealthy way/ not working out and eating bad.This time round I’m using it for the right reasons and combining it with my weigh ins my visceral fat has gone down by 4 points! I definitely think it’s because of using this product, the intensity during workouts feels amazing! Makes me feel like I can do anything! I take one every morning as I excercise daily and eat balanced but still in a calorie deficit to get the loss I’m looking for! Would recommend, as long as your exercising ❤️
