Great chocolate for baking
Love these chocolate morsels. They’re great and cookies and are of higher quality than what I can find in the supermarket.

Fave allergy-free chocolate
I bake with a lot of different allergy free chocolate and Pascha is one of my favorite brands. The chips taste great in cookies, but they also melt well if you want to make dairy-free ganaches or temper chocolate to make dairy-free/allergy-free truffles. Other allergy free chocolate I have used in chocolate making hasn’t worked nearly as well. While it’s expensive, I think it’s worth it.I just make sure I go with a highly rated seller because they will pack the chocolate with ice packs to ensure that you don’t get melted blocks upon arrival. :( One time when that did happen the seller did give me a full refund.

Milk Free Semi-Sweet Chocolate
I have allergies to milk, so finding a chocolate that is milk free is very important. Not only is it milk free, but it is also very delicious. Makes great chocolate chip cookies.

Melted block :(
I'm sure the product itself is wonderful, however I don't suggest having this product shipped to you unless you are looking for a solid piece of chocolate by the time it reaches you! I live in Michigan and the weather has not been overly warm here lately, but clearly warm enough to have completely ruined the bag :(

These chips have amazing dark chocolate flavor
These chips have amazing dark chocolate flavor...that fruitiness and power you find in the best versions from high-end chocolatiers. And knowing they're free of the top 8 allergens is a huge benefit for those of us with allergic families.

Sort of Good, But Not Sure if Odd Taste is Supposed to Be There
This chocolate tastes strange to me. It has an almost gone-bad, almost-aromatic and fermented taste to it. I can't decide if that means it's really good and I should get used to the weird taste, or trust my instincts that it's not right. Still not sure after snacking on it for a few weeks.

So good!
My son has a dairy allergy. I'm so glad we found these. They have a better flavor and a smoother texture than any other chocolate I've tried.

Egg and Soy Free
Our son Jacob is allergic to Egg and Soy so we were pleased to find a chocolate product without soy lecithin. These little chippies are quite tasty.
