**Q: I lose the sound, they keep falling off my ears ?**
A: They are somewhat moldable. Put them in hot water and tighten around your ears. Keep working with them until they accept the new form.

**Q: There are no instructions. how does it go on and twist to my ears ? is there a left and right? do i put it at the top or bottom of the stem ?**
A: There is a left and right. The Airpods Pros would simply slip into the hole.

**Q: I ordered the night glo blue but they do not look blue at all, even at night.  Am I supposed to keep them in the sun or light to "charge" them?**
A: I ordered the white ones so I am not sure about the glo ones, sorry.

**Q: Estos ganchos también me sirven para unos earbuds Mopw?**
A: No, solo se adaptarán a los Airpods de Apple.
