Not up to the mark. Waste of money. ### ⭐⭐ Not at all meant for workouts *by R***A on Reviewed in India on 7 September 2020* First of all the product itself wouldn't impress or even satisfy the buyer if the intention is to use it as a replacement for the gym. The rubber is of the lowest quality possible. (Although, the price is lowest amongst peers, but still, it isn't really worth even for the price that is being charged). It may be used as a stretching aid for utmost beginners or elderly but not for serious workout freaks. The bands even in combination do not provide adequate resistance (not even for beginners).Secondly, a very bad unit was sent to me. One of the bands was torn and some of the rest were not safely fastened with the hook.
