The only con that I can see is that it is a little bulky, but it can hold a ton of smaller gear plus has a padded space for your computer. The bag itself is really sturdy and has already taken quite a beating from how often my partner travels for gigs.

Bought this bag for my son two years ago. He has taken it to school and practice every day. I’m ordering a replacement for the upcoming school because the zipper broke. But he is very hard on his backpacks, so it’s lasted longer than I expected. Tried to talk him into a different bag but he loves the convenience of the attached stick bag - less to carry.
