**Q: Seems to be issue with the ties reading reviews - what us the issue please?**
A: You would have to lift mattress to tie blanket down as the ties are srwn both sides of blanket but I don't use them and blanket stays flat and does not move so no problem

**Q: Not working after 10 months. How do I claim on the Warranty??**

Really pleased with the Cozytek King Size Electric Blanket. It heats up quickly, feels soft and comfortable, and keeps the bed lovely and warm on cold nights. The controls are easy to use, and the king-size fit is great for covering the whole bed. Overall, a cosy and good-value blanket that I’d happily recommend.

I've had mine for a year & it still works perfectly, it's been brilliant. Size is fine for top/feet of my double bed. I didn't want one that turns itself off on a timer as I hate it when the blanket suddenly goes cold & that's not my choice! The top setting gets extremely warm so ideal for heat aficionados. I came back to buy another as a spare as so many blankets have stupid timers now & I see it's no longer delivery by Amazon which is a shame.

Basically I am happy with this electric blanket & would probably buy it again because it is such good value for money and on comparison sites, it compares very well. But I have a few niggles!...For some extraordinary reason, although the tapes going across the mattress are more than long enough, the one going from top to bottom is far too short! I had to lengthen it by attaching tape of my own. Given that this comment has appeared on other reviews, the manufacturer surely knows about the problem?...It's very small, which was a disappointment, but totally my fault for not checking the dimensions before I bought it. However, I have to acknowledge that it still heats the bed up, so it seemingly doesn't matter!...The controller connection on the electric blanket is VERY bulky. Given that it needs to be at the top of the bed & it is better not to have the electric blanket too far up under the pillow because it's so small, I was a bit concerned! However, I also have to acknowledge that in practice, with a bit of strategic locating of the connection, this hasn't proved a problem....This electric blanket is replacing one I've had for far too long(!). I therefore expected a much newer model to heat up much quicker than my old one, but it is about the same.But, it does the job and I'm happy with it!
