What would be hard pressed to find a better product than Chatfieldt. That is why I decided to give Kara but try with this particular brand because you can't get anything better. Which there was such a thing as decaffeinated chocolate powder. Male bears an idea but would have to get rid of the theanine or whatever is in it that's also really bad for the spine. Chocolate is not good for the brain are the body, regardless of what some people calm a lot of people tout. They don't have the full story. But Cara powder like this one is Excellent. This blends right into almond milk easily as well with a sprinkle of decaf crystals in its sprinkle of non gmo organic stevia and then heated up in the microwave.

**Q: White carob powder**
A: Brown carob powder. :).

**Q: I want to use it instead of chocolate for grandchildren to make chocolate milk. Do I have to add a sweetener?**
A: Yes. Whole milk would probably work best. It's unsweetened. It can be a bit gritty if not mixed with some fat.  I used it for a cream cheese carob frosting. Post on how it turns out.

**Q: What is the country of origin for the Carob beans used in the product?**
A: I just read the entire label and it does not say.  Says is processed in NJ...

**Q: does it go bad**
A: It hasn't for us. We order, I think four tins at a time and use it up over some months. I have never seen it "go bad."
