Excellent meditation for singers especially or ppl learning harmonies! Focusing on humming while orienting to the gemearal bell sounds is geat for immersion in sound. VERY calmig and healing. You can do it as a shorter meditation (20 mins) or the full 50 mins! Highly recommended!
