I'm embarrassed to admit I can't complete one full-range, unassisted pull-up or dip. I can do about 5-6 half-reps, but that's about it. At first, it was a bit awkward getting my foot or knee into the band, but that quickly became easier. These sounded like high quality from a good manufacturer. Rounding back two years later, these were a great buy, well worth the money! I wanted them for some shoulder ROM work as well as for adding resistance to my push-up workouts. They worked great for those (and any other type of resistance band work). I (and my older teen) have used these 2-3x a week for the past two years and they've held up. I also take a couple with me when traveling for business or vacation - very convenient.
