A: Not to state the obvious but return them to the seller for a replacement if its faulty...

A: You need a headphone output on your TV. I believe the PS5 only supports headphones via the controller to my knowledge. You will also need a spare usb to power them. This can be done via a plug which is usb compatible.

A: The two separate speakers are connected with a speaker connector cable. The speaker connector cable is 118 cm long. The USB cable is 1 metre long

**Q: Well this work on my tv**
A: The speakers receive audio over a 3.5mm AUX audio cable. If your TV set has a 3.5mm AUX audio output, then it should work fine. You need to check which audio output options are available with your specific TV set. These speakers have been designed for use with a PC.
