I bought a small package of these from a fancy food boutique while on vacation.  I loved them.  They have a caramel flavored candy cover over black licorice.  I was very pleased to find them on Amazon.  The ones I received were just like the ones from the fancy store, only they didn't cost as much.  Great chewy treats.
