I have a phone case and tablet case made by them, and I love the quality and durability. This was a big factor in my decision for my fitbit versa 3. The fitment with the watch was easy and snug. The band fits great! I have smaller wrists and there's plenty of adjustment room either way. It's comfortable to wear and has a kind of military look to it. I feel the watch is well protected, I also put a screen protector on as well. The only minor gripes I have are: the button on the side of the watch is harder to press. It is accessable, just not easy to touch. When taking calls through my watch, the person on the other end has a hard time hearing me making me think the mic is getting partially covered by the watch case. Taking off the watch and putting it back on takes a few seconds due to the firm band. Minor gripes about a great product.
