Review: No customer service. - Simbashoppingusa is absolutely a rip off. Customer Service, oh there is none. The worst experience i have ever had with a third party seller, or should I say third world seller. Pool table was damaged, felt torn, staples with sharp points sticking out of top rails, rubber cushions bent and coming off. Never again.
Review: It’s desertcart’s responsibility they charged me back on my credit card - I bought an 8 ft billiard table as advertised by desertcart. I bought it from desertcart. I received it in a condition that was not told on the desertcart advertisement specified that it does need assembly, and did not specify that the top of the table was made of plywood which in most cases pool tables are made of slate and not plywood, I received the table when we opened it up It was all in one piece and the only assembly to it was the legs. It’s an impossibility to get it true the house and very heavy. I called desertcart and was told that unfortunately, as they said it wasn’t really their responsibility as they involved a third-party , I need to return it and desertcart tells me that it’s not their responsibility I bought it through desertcart and if they shipped it through a third-party that has nothing to do with me I asked them to tell me where to ship it And have it picked up by a freight company and they should also have to pay for the shipping . After many discussions with desertcart and got nowhere I cancelled my credit card payment

I was disappointed with the pool table sent to me by simbashoppingusa because the item was badly damaged. I was so excited to purchase a new pool table my father bought one when my sister and I were kids. I would never again buy an item that large and have to put it together. I did like the size and the blue top.
