I mostly bought it to try the elemental diet, spent a fortune on all the ingredients and couldn’t get through one day. It tasted so nasty that by mid day I thought I was going to throw up, took until 7pm to finally try sucking down the last drink, got one sip down and said nope, can’t do it. Honestly don’t buy a 10 lb jug of dextrose! Why would you use dextrose to kill bacterial overgrowth that feeds on carbs??? Anyway. Save yourself some time.
