Unfortunately, the motors have a audible buzz at low speed, and they sound like the bearings are rattling at higher speeds. I got these to replace the Fractal Design Aspect 140 PWM fans (https://amzn.to/3B1O1gw) that came with my Fractal Design North (https://amzn.to/3ZykkOB) case because I broke one of the Aspect fan blades. The original fans are definitely louder at high RPM (80% or more), but rarely spin up that high and are virtually silent otherwise. I thought these Dynamic X2 fans would be an upgrade, but I'm pretty disappointed with their hub noises and will be returning them promptly.
