### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cooking Directions are a Little Hard to Follow

If you are not familiar with Indian cooking it might be a little hard to follow the directions on the package. Also the directions are listed in grams, annoying to convert. Here are simple directions. ( I substituted Yogurt for Curd, and Garlic and Ginger for ginger garlic paste.) TBS = Tablespoon Directions: Saute 1 medium onion (chopped) in oil Add ½ lb of Chicken or Lamb (Chopped and Sauteed until browned) Add 2 small tomatoes (chopped) Add ½ cup of Yogurt Add 1/4 TBS minced Garlic Add 1/4 TBS of minced Ginger Add 4 TBS of Aachi Biryani Masala Add 1 and a ½ Cups of Water Add Salt to taste Add Coriander (Chicken) /Mint (Lamb) to taste Bring to a Boil Turn to low, Cover and simmer 10 minutes In Separate Pot; Bring 1 and ½ cups of Water to a Boil Add 1 cup of Biryani Rice Boil for 5 minutes Drain Rice with Strainer Spoon Rice on top of Chicken/Lamb Mixture Cover and Cook until Rice is done. (About 15 minutes on low) Let Stand 5 minutes. (Optional: Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of chopped Cashews)
