**Q: Is it suitable for baking gluten free bread in a bread machine?**
A: if the bread mix is gluten free then adding the egg white will make no difference as egg white is gluten free

**Q: Do you find it expensive takes £8.40 for one meringue - thoughts?**
A: Egg white powder is expensive. Carton egg whites are cheaper and no waste. Asda do carton egg whites (little chick's or something like that) £3 a carton. If using fresh eggs, you can use the yolks for other things. Personally I would not use egg white powder just for a meringue.
