## Description

Modernique Double (4ft6) Grey Fabric Ottoman Storage Bed, Grey Linen Gas Lift Up Storage Bed (Double (4FT6)) : desertcart.co.uk: Home & Kitchen

Review: Perfect purchase - This bed does not disappoint. It was delivered when expected and was nicely packaged. It was a surprise to find all the extra parts inside the headboard, but once they were discovered it was all systems go. The bed was easy to build - I could have easily assembled this alone, but my young son offered to help so an extra pair of hands made it a bit quicker and more fun. I haven't used the mechanism much so can't really comment on how well it works or if it will change over time. I chose not to use the velcro base sheet as I'm happy for my stored things to sit on my carpet floor underneath, I also didn't put on the small feet as I felt these were of no benefit on my thick carpet flooring. The headboard isn't heavily padded, but I always use a pillow or two when sitting in bed so this wasn't an issue. The material is good quality and overall the bed looks nice, is sturdy and well made. This is a fantastic bed for a fantastic price. I would definitely buy this bed again for other rooms in my home.
Review: Super sturdy bed - Bought this double bed for my son's room. It's a super sturdy bed for a good price and it looks great.. It's a one or two man job, was so easy to put together and all the screws aligned. The sizing is correct, as it's definitely a standard 4ft 6. The Ottoman has a discreet strap that is easy to lift open and close when the mattress is on the bed. There's plenty of storage underneath, just a limit on the height of the items as it won't close otherwise. I highly recommend this bed.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why the gas lift up arms not going down, its stiff?**
A: Fully assemble the bed, securely tighten the piston and place the mattress on top of the base, which helps you to put the base down, as this is supposed to hold the mattress on its own and they are stiff without a mattress on top of the base.

**Q: Do you offer replacement parts?**
A: Yes, just to make sure if we are running with same batch, we can offer you replacement parts for any damages or lost.

**Q: Does it have The UK Fire Regulations (UKFR) Tag, is it UKFR compatible?**
A: Yes, all Modernique Brand Beds are UK Fire Regulations (UKFR) compatible, tested and tagged.

**Q: Does it fit into my room?**
A: Please take measurement of your space and go through our bed sizes, where mattress size and actual bed sizes differs due to having extra headboard, footboard and side panels.

**Q: Do offer sample swatches?**
A: Unfortunately NO! due to high demand we stopped offering swatches samples, but we do our best to provide photo or video from our showroom on request.

This bed frame is very strong and sturdy. Easy to follow instructions to put together. Looks very nice and expensive looking. We had the fabric base sheet missing from our box but after a quick message this is being posted out. Would recommend this bed.
