The shut off valves failed to open after using the gauge set for a few times( I saw this on other people's feedback before I made the purchase) , I removed the valve cartridges and found that the Teflon shut off disk got stuck on the valve seats when the valve is turned to open the shut off disk slid out of the socket of the valve stamp caused the valve failed to open. To fix that problem I used a punch to make a dent on the socket so the Teflon disk is being held in the socket( see pictures).
