All the stories are entertaining and from the Victorian era, but very few of them are Xmas themed. Disappointing.

I love this book!!! Perfect for xmas season!!!

Only 3 out of 13 of the stories are actually from the victorian era the victorian era ended in 1901 and most stories in this book are from after 1901 the kit-bag 1908 between the lights 1912 the dead 1914 oh, whistle and I'll come to you, my lad 1904 the searcher of the end house 1910 the eyes 1910 they 1904 the screaming skull 1911 I did not include any that actually are from the victorian era and I also got the years for each story from the book itself more of the stories are from the edwardian era then the victorian era
