Varying the amount of my diet that is meal replacements vs 'traditional' food. Sometimes 100% meal replacements other times anywhere from 0-30%. Having tried all the major players, this is certainly towards the top. While its not intended to replace every meal, as stated on the bag, the cereal flavor is great for breakfast or anytime you are looking for something sweet. But with the flavor being so good, its certainly up towards the top of my favorites. I typically make a double recipe, which is 800 Kcal. I like the precision of weighing out powder with a kitchen scale and measure the fat free skim milk as per the directions. It tastes just like a bowl of cereal! After trying the fruity flakes flavor first, I immediately went and bought the other two flavors. I am certainly excited to try those as well. I would definitely recommend to try this if you are looking for a quick and easy meal that takes only a couple minutes to make. I tried with water, 2%milk and oat milk.. it tastes pretty good with water too.. but my fav is oat milk.. tastes more like a yummy creamy shake.
