I am taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night. After a couple of weeks more, I am thinking I will back it off to 2 capsules per day amd see how that workes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems decent enough except it's near impossible to swallow *by on Reviewed in the United States October 21, 2021* You get Turmeric and it seems to provide value. The issue here is the pill size and more importantly, the casing of the pill. If you hit it just right in a swallow, it goes right down. if you don't (most of the time) it gets lodged in the throat because the casing becomes sticky and will not go down. You can force it with food but it frequently comes back up. I swallow other pills just as large and a little larger and I'm convinced, the issue here is the case used for the pill.
