First of all SOOOO easy to load. There is a circle piece to hold while you load the skewers. the circle form of it made it easy to put other things on the grill at the same time. we did veggie kabobs and cooked steaks on the grill at the same time. We personally like different things so it was great for each person to have their own kabob concoction on a side of the half circle. Personally I like mushrooms, green peppers a green onion bulb part, and cabbage. I know cabbage seems strange but don't knock it till you have tried it. The metal is very sturdy, I am not at all afraid of it bending to easily. The piece in the center makes it easy to grab it off the grill and then you just slide your kabob off.
