I have tried tons of different ones. This one is good for me because its the right height from shoulder to neck. It keeps my head level so it won't hurt the neck if the pillow is too high or too low. If you need to try a chiropractic pillow, try this one at least once. I will never buy another type as long as they keep making this one. One last note, this pillow is like many foam rubber pillows, it is very stiff at first. It takes several weeks to start giving a bit. It's worth the wait.
