Unfortunately in spite of Amazon prime, the shipment was delayed and it took over a week to arrive. However, the communication on the delay and new arrival day was excellent, which gave me a chance to overnight another (different) deck of cards from elsewhere for the occasion. Disappointing but things like that happen and they stepped up to provide good customer service. I was really tempted to keep them for myself as they looked so compelling but I don't need another deck of cards and I'm trying to downsize for a big move soon.
