It is not illegal to put BPA in products, so this toy can, and probably does contain BPA, but can also be compliant with the law at the same time.Annoying. Guess I'm taking this toy out of my shopping cart. Also annoying that companies are sneaky and dishonest. Rather than just answering your question in a straight forward manner, they cross their fingers and hope that the person asking the question lacks reading comprehension skills.
