I contacted Amazon to know the warranty period. But they failed. It's a very bad product because it has neither any customer care no. nor any warranty/guaranty period. Now I request you to repair/replace the item otherwise I am to throw it away. **Q: Can i plug into a charging adapter for power?** A: Yes **Q: Does it work for 15.6inch laptop?** A: Yes **Q: Does the fan speed reach 1500 rpm(as described in the product description)?** A: Not able measure it. My overall two stars (EDIT: It was three stars earlier because the fans were not making any noise) are just because it is more useful as a platform on which I can place my laptop and use at a comfortable level. The fans are pretty useless. My laptop still heats the same as before (i.e. without using them). 2 fans and yet no cooling effect.2) EDIT: I had mentioned earlier about silent fans, but I was grossly wrong! The fans have started whirring with a really loud sound and have to be disconnected when I sleep.3) Very hard to clean the dust and lint that the fans accumulate after a while. Too cumbersome. The front/back panels do not open easily.Overall, a hit-or-miss product. Don't expect much if you are serious about laptop cooling solutions. Avoid it all together if you are looking for a serious, long-term product.
