Can't do it.** A: You have got to push down hard and turn the cap at the same time. If you can't get it off, try using a rubber grip it wafer. Or you might try using pliers, or sometimes the inside of the handle of scissors. Once you do get if off, I usually put the top back on "loosely" and at angle so I don't have so much trouble the next time.
