## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will it work for a 5v power source?**
A: Yes they will work with a 5volt DC power source.
The LED's are rated for a maximum of 12volts with the attached resistors and minimum amount of voltage the LED's require to work also called (Forward Voltage) is only 3Volts so you're good. Hope it helps.

**Q: Do I need to add resistors if I'm hooking 10 of them up to a fixed 14 volt accessory output on my model train transformer?**
A: The LED's already have resistors soldered onto the hot wire. That's why they are rated for 12V. But if you're going to hook them up to a 14V system you will definitely want to get some more resistors so you're not blowing lights often.

**Q: How many lumens does a single one of these LEDs put out?**
A: i do not know but i assure you it will hurt your eyes if you look at them straight on for sure. At night, I can clearly see them reflecting on a wall 8 feet away and I only used 2.

**Q: Can i buy just the clear led in bulk, without the other colors?**
A: No it is sold as a assortment.
