**Q: I am into the 2nd month of using the filter and i can see white particles in the filtered water. Is this normal?  Is my filter faulty?**
A: The particles you are seeing may be minerals in your water such as calcium.  You can have your raw water tested to see how hard it is.  This filter is not designed to reduce water hardness.
