A lot bigger than expected shame it doesn’t come with a magnetic back but I just bought some and stuck them on the pens they recommend with this board stain the board so have had to buy chalk board paint to paint over stains!

i'm really disappointed. This doesn't seem to be a chalkboard as chalkpens have stained it making it unusable. its also a lot bigger than expected, which i could have lived with had this been an actual blackboard that you could reuse. I have left a similar review for the chalk pens that were recommended to go with this, either one or both items are faulty and should not be used together.

My daughter and granddaughter love it. Good fun and educational in this day of electronics.

Hi, I was nervous to buy this as I read the chalk pens don't rub off - and they were right! However I used a magic eraser sponge (the ones you use for marks on walls) and it removed the chalk pen marks completely.So the board is useable and perfect - I love it! So anyone thinking of buying, just make sure you have a magic eraser sponge to use to remove the chalk pen writing each time you want to change it.

Bought for our daughter and son in law to use. They love it and have already filled the board in and setit up beside their 3 month old daughter, then photographed her. Wanted to get a board like that when I saw our American niece using one every month beside her baby. Fun and a great record of baby's progress.
