The rug is soft and fluffy. It came tightly packaged so you will need to let is lay out for a few days. There was a small odor but nothing crazy. Overall a decent rug for the price.

Very soft hard to vacuum

I love this rug, only thing the vacuum won’t clean it. Hoping I can fit in washer.

I bought two of these rugs. The grey one is perfect! The black one came ruined, I think the heating process caught the carpet. However, my dog loves it which is why I haven't returned it.

It’s an okay rug but definitely wouldn’t use it in a high traffic area because it’s super hard to clean. I try to vacuum it and there’s a lot of dust and debris left. I take it out and shake it off and still left dirty.

So I really loved this rug at first. And in was just what I wanted. It fit in the spot just perfect where i wanted it to go. But within the first week I realized it was hard to vaccum over it. Using a big vaccum the rug literally would lift up as I vacuum. So then I would use my little vaccum that has little suction. But the dirt would still say in the rug. This rug just sucked up dirt like crazy.Also 1 month after having it or so I decided to put it in my washed. What a big mistake that was. The white backing separated from the rup itself and the sides of the rug will not flatten out. I thought I would just make it easier on myself to wash it and not have to vacuum it multiple times. This rug also collects everything. And when standing on it you can feel dirt at the bottom. I hate that I'm like having to give a bad receive. I was really loving it at first.So for anyone buying this. I recommend you not to wash it.
