I find my EDC Organizer better with small diameter or thin/flat items, and I have it set up as a 'boo-boo' kit. My Fatty Organizers are more all-around useful and I have a few in my emergency bag, color coded, each with a different focus (e.g. fire, survival, repair). HTH **Q: What size patch can you attach to it?** A: Holding the item in my hand as I write this, I would say you would have a tough time attaching ANY patch, front or back. The front has Velcro and a webbing pouch, the rear has molly type strapping. Even a small patch would not fit my friend. **Q: How many rows of MOLLE loop/strapping is on the back?** A: 3. Need strap attachments. does not come with them. **Q: What size are the loops on the back?** A: I can put my benchmade EDC tactical tanto serraded knife in them. There are 2 sections with 4 loops on each side.
